The B&B
B&B Hoeve 37 is a former farm which was rebuilt, after the First World War, in 1922. Our family farmed the land and raised livestock here for many years.
The B&B is located in a converted barn which was once the piggery.
We made every effort during its conversion to recycle as much of the original building material as possible.
The building and hot water are heated in the most eco-friendly manner possible.

Our B&B Hoeve 37 Ieper is nestled in the tranquil countryside and yet is only 2 km from the magnificent Grand Place in Ieper (Ypres).
A selection of good restaurants and a supermarket can be found within 500m of the B&B.
Rooms
B&B Hoeve 37 Ieper has been fully renovated to offer five spacious, tastefully decorated rooms with underfloor heating, which we have tried to make as comfortable as possible.
Two of the rooms are family rooms which can accommodate up to four persons. One of the rooms has full wheelchair access.
All rooms enjoy views of the surrounding countryside. Four of the five rooms bear the names of meadow flowers.
Each room has its own colour theme.
The attic room has a traditional roof frame which has been left visible.
All rooms have:

Common area
B&B Hoeve 37 Ieper has a lovely breakfast and lounge area which is common to all guests.
In the lounge area, you can enjoy drinks, chat, play board games or watch television at your leisure, along with other guests.
Regional beers, wine and other drinks are also available for a supplement.
Every guest receives a regional beer or other drink of their choice on arrival.
Various indoor and outdoor games (for young and older people) are available for you to borrow.
Patio
B&B Hoeve 37 Ieper has a large patio and garden from which you can enjoy the splendid view.
Children can also play there at their leisure.
A BBQ is available for your use.
Further facilities
Bikes are also available for rent. At the B&B we have four good quality city bikes.
If you would prefer to rent an electric-assist bike, moped, scooter or a vespa, we can make the necessary arrangements for you.
If you are travelling to Ypres by train, we can come to collect you at the station.
Large private car park for cars and motor bikes. Covered storage area for bikes and motorbikes.
We have cycling and walking maps, tourist guides and regional information available for you to use free of charge.
